Marshall Poole is a Senior Physician Recruiter with Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS). He has worked in the Healthcare field recruiting Physicians and Executives since 1991. He has held numerous leadership roles throughout his tenure and has an adept ability for developing and maintaining relationships with Physicians and Executives alike. Currently, Marshall is responsible for primary care and specialty recruiting for NGPG and the community.
Marshall received his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Auburn University and was a member of the American Marketing Association, the University Program Council and Sigma Phi Epsilon. He was also recognized as one of the Outstanding Young Men in America in 1996. He is currently affiliated with the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR), Georgia Hospital Association (GHA), and Georgia Society for Healthcare Physician Services and Recruitment (GSHPSR).
On a personal note, Marshall has 3 sons and resides in beautiful Braselton with his wife, Karen. Together they enjoy sports, music, travel and American history.
